The InGaAs Large Area photo-Detector with a 1~3mm diameter photosensitive region and packaged into a TO header and LCC package, is designed for instrumentation and sensing applications in 500~1700nm wavelength range. Low dark current and high dynamic impedance are featured. Chips can also be attached and wire bonded to customer supplied or other specified packages.
