Description
The two-dimensional InGaAs Focal Plane Arrays are specifically designed for near infrared (NIR) / short-wave infrared (SWIR) imaging spectroscopy applications in 900nm to 1700nm wavelength range. The array chip is available in 320x256 and 640x512, and is flip-chip bonded to a silicon read-out integrated circuit (ROIC). Hermetically sealed packaging and window glass anti-reflection coating are well developed. The different array size and other package types also can be offered to fit our custom requirements.

此二維砷化銦鎵共焦平面陣列乃特別以波長範圍介於900至1700奈米之近/短波紅外影像光譜應用而設計.目前所生產之陣列大小可達320x256及640x512畫素,且以覆晶裝定技術將其與讀出電路IC接合.此外,LCC及Kovar氣密封裝,及且表面以施以抗反射鍍膜.而不同陣列尺寸及不同封裝型式也可配合客戶需求製作.
